The brand DUCK and Gorilla has outstanding tape performance in test of initial adhesive, lasting adhesive, 180°peel strength and tensile strength. The production for tape is mostly made by BOPP film and adhesive. For the appearance of tape, it depend on the film transparency and coating line environment. The high level of haze on film would have the brighter light tone and better performance to stick adhesive. Another main factor for appearance is the coating line internal tidy and clean environment that would not have falling scrap iron. The adhesive glue itself should not have impurity. During the slitting process, automated slitting machine specification need to be adjusted to the perfect speed and tensile strength according to the jumbo roll thickness avoid paper core extrusion. When tape slitting is finished, the automated package machine would wrap the tape for five or six rolls a pack, which require exact size to the tape pack without redundant film on tape.
