The clear tape business is very competitive. Clear tape with logo on paper core helps customer to remember the customer brand if the tape quality is excellent. We conclude that clear tape paper core has monochrome plate roller, multi color plate roller, double sided monochrome plate roller and panchromatic plate roller. The printing and matched color mostly is done by our graphic designer, we just need customer supply the brand logo, graphic design would be finished in less than one hour. As for different function tape like no bubble tape or crystal clear tape, we would recommend for all color printing core that would display the brand at the most. For the Masking Tape or double side tape, most manufacturer just do one printing mold on one side of the core, but usually we do both because the customer might turn to clear tape business in the future when the core would be shown on both side to save cost to open another mold again.
Aside the paper core printing, the material of paper core is important as well. The wood fiber plaster has huge difference with sand weed tube paper, the fiber plaster wood core has very little paper scrap coming out during production, which is the key to clean surface on tape. The test of paper core the two main items. One is the hardness of core another one is drying level of the core.
